This luxurious divan contains a 8000 Revolution and HD pocket springs in the mattress with 2000 pocket springs in the True Edge base in a 150cm size bed.
This deep mattress is bursting with sumptuous layers of wool, Egyptian cotton and Mohair together with a blend of hand teased cashmere, Hempure, long stranded white hair and wool are contained within this mattress working together the load spreading, resilient, breathable qualities of natural talalay latex to give the mattress a substantial and supportive feel. A natural wool blend to the warm for winter side and a crisp blend of Egyptian cotton and natural cotton on the cool for summer side.
The depth of the mattress means that the borders are finished with quadruple side stitching, eight padded handles to assist with turning and 16 brass vents to enable the mattress to breathe.

Wool Blend
Wool is a wonderful natural insulator keeping you warm and comfortable in your bed. It wicks away moisture and is static resistant. With an ability to regulate body temperature it is an obvious choice for the upper layer during the winter months.

Sheep from our own farm specially reared to produce wool with the best characteristics for comfort and durability.
Wool and Cashmere
Luxuriously soft with good loft. Cashmere is extremely warm amd one of the finest materials available to sleep on.
Cotton Blend
In addition to its durable and hygienic qualities, cotton is soft and highly absorbent which means it is good at wicking away moisture which keeps you cool and comfortable.
Egyptian Cotton
Longest length, finer strands make Egyptian Cotton the softest and finest cotton used in mattresses. Very efficient at wicking away moisture and so improving the cooling properties of the mattress means our Egyptian cotton blend is the uppermost layer on the cool for summer side of your mattress.
Mohair
Mohair is a very fine, almost silk like fibre and like wool, regulates body temperature in the mattress. It is softer and smoother than wool providing a sumptuous, luxurious feel.

Horsehair
Natural, springy and resilient, horse hair has for many years been used in high quality upholstered items and is hand teased and layered on the lower part of the mattress. It adds durability and loft.
Hempure
With its excellent properties for absorbency and strength and because it’s grown without the use of pesticides, Hempure is a natural and greener alternative to the oil based polyester fibres which are used in many mattresses.
Cape Wool and Horsehair
Vertically arranged South African wool and horsehair are blended to give excellent resilience and recovery after compression. Horsehair is a hollow fibre and transports moisture away from the body, keeping you dry in bed.
Handteased Blend
This handteased blend of Cashmere and Wool is soft, yet strong and very resilient. Blended with White hair and Hempure it is extremely durable but remains sumptuous.
Latex
Latex is formed from natural rubber and is moulded with air pockets for breathability. It is long lasting and very resilient. It is anti-microbial making it perfect for allergy sufferers. Latex is soft yet surprisingly supportive, ideal for relieving pressure points.

Resilent White Fibre
A durable and springy filling that recovers well. Its lightweight properties make it an ideal partner for wool and cotton. Resilient white fibre is a hypoallergenic upholstery filling.
Memory Foam
Memory foam gently moulds to your body’s own individual shape, weight, and temperatures so you get weightless, pressure-free comfort.
Cashmere Hair
Natural, springy and soft, similar to horsehair but with a softer feel, used only in the hand teased mixes low down in the fillings mix.
Silk
Luxuriously soft yet very strong and absorbent, making silk excellent for temperature regulation. Used to bind hand teased mixes together, it is found low down in the fillings mix.
Revolution Spring System
This unique “spring within a spring” pocketed system is technically advanced. The inner coils delivering the extra support required for the heavier parts of the body whilst the outer ones contour to the variable pressures of individual body shapes. Whatever your sleeping position, Revolution changes with you throughout the night.
Posturfil
A unique mini pocket spring, used as a filling layer to further enhance the contouring properties of the mattress, as well as helping to reduce any settlement of the finer fillings.
High Density Pocket Spirng
The worlds first pressure relieving pocket spring. The vast number of springs distribute your weight evenly and so reduces the build up of pressure points that cause sleep disturbance.
Double Side Stitching
Two rows of side stitching ensure the borders of your mattress are fastened to the sturdy Revolution Pocket Springs preventing you rolling put of bed and the mattress sides collapsing. A strong supportive border also means you are able to sleep close to the edge utilising the whole sleeping surface.

True Edge
Extra support to the edge of the bed is provided by a firm row of springs to the mattress sides and a strong timber perimeter to the base. Yet the 2000 springs in the base contour perfectly with the mattress for additional comfort and durability.

Contura
