In the unlikely event of a defect with the construction or the materials in your mattress, we will endeavour to repair or replace it free of charge at our discretion.

Please note, it’s normal for our generous layers of natural upholstery to settle over time. Please follow the care advice outlined in the care guide that came with your mattress in order to prolong the life of your mattress, to download or see a web version please click here.

All claims under guarantee should be made directly through your retailer.
